She works as a physiotherapist and osteopath with neonatal and pediatric patients, and as a research and didactic worker in the Department of Rheumatology, Rehabilitation and Internal Diseases at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences. Her passion is the therapy of newborns, infants with developmental disharmony and the therapy of children with neurological and genetic problems. She is the author and co-author of many scientific works and book publications. She has completed the following courses: Brazelton's Newborn Behavioral Assessment Scale, Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale (NBAS), Cambridge; NDT Bobath; Bobath Baby, General Movements (basic, advanced); 1st and 2nd degree training in the theory and therapy of sensory integration, FITS, PNF - basic, Halliwick course (learning to swim for people with disabilities), TIMP, MEDEK, FINE 1 - Leuven, Belgium, Comprehensive Diagnostics and Therapy in Pediatric Dysphagia. She is a co-creator of the Team of Experts for the Development of Guidelines for the Assessment of Patients in Developmental Age, the National Chamber of Physiotherapy, Thematic Team for Quality and Monitoring of the Physiotherapy Process, European Academy of Childhood Disability, American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. She is the secretary of the Audit Committee at the Polish Academy of Children's Disability PANDa.
